Maintenance

The beautiful materials of this shoe require good care. We therefore recommend spraying the shoe directly with Jason Markk's Repel spray to protect the shoe against water and dirt from the outside. It is wise to repeat this every month, depending on how often you wear the shoe.

The ocean dream, a real Mascolori classic. It consists of high-quality cork with a laser-cut pattern and blue fabric underneath.

In a small Spanish village we found the supplier of this magnificent material. The cork, which comes from the Iberian Peninsula, is processed on site with advanced equipment. Lasers are used at different depths so that both lines and openings are created in the cork.

Through the openings you can see the soft blue fabric in striking blue. A beautiful combination with the natural color of cork. This blue goes well with any wardrobe of the Mascolori woman.

A work of art is born.

But it's not just about the material of the upper (the upper layer of the Mascolori). What makes Mascoloris so beautiful is the leather lining, the luxurious leather sole and the quirky last.

Alwin Ritstier is a documentary maker, writer and artist from Rotterdam. Known for his book: Gek van Mijnzelf, he thinks it's important to address social themes. His artwork is mainly in the style of pop art, and has his own design brand Smokin'Dog. It is always a pleasure to wear real art.
