The shoes fit like the European standard.

The length of our belts is measured without the buckle and up to the last hole. To know what length you need, take your waist circumference and add approximately 5 cm.
The belts are available as standard in 95 cm, 105 cm and 115 cm. If desired, we can shorten the belt for you. You can indicate which length you would like to receive in the comments field when placing your order.

Cork shoes require good care. We therefore recommend spraying the shoe immediately with Jason Markk's Repel spray to protect the shoe against water and dirt from outside. It is wise to repeat this every month, this of course depends on how often you wear the shoe. To keep the material supple, we recommend greasing the shoes with a little olive oil. Drizzle some olive oil on a cloth, first test on the inside of the shoe and then gently dab on the shoe itself. Make sure that you only dab on the cork part and not on the fabric. Also keep in mind that the cork will darken a bit, which is why a small test on the inside of the shoe is recommended.

If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with an item, you can return it to freepost number: 20225 3020VB Rotterdam.
The return period is 30 days. We will refund the money as quickly as possible and you can expect it to be back in your account no later than 5 days after receipt of the return.

Please indicate on the provided return form whether you want to exchange or whether you want your money back.

It is annoying that the shoes do not meet your wishes or that you did not receive them in good condition. We're going to solve that!
Send an email to info@mascolori.nl with a photo of the shoes and a description of the complaint. We will look for a suitable solution and you will hear from us within one working day.

We do everything we can to get your pair of Mascolori's to your feet as quickly as possible. Orders leave the store Monday to Friday. If you submit the product you want before 12:00 on one of these days, you will receive it the next day.
Once the order has been processed by us, you will receive a track & trace code by e-mail. This allows you to keep track of when our colleague from Post NL arrives at your door with a colorful Mascolori package.

If your size is not in stock, you can send an email to info@mascolori.nl and we will let you know if we can order it for you. Products can be sold in the meantime. Models on sale online are often limited in availability and can no longer be reordered. Keep a close eye on the webshop and social media for this.

Of course! Every Tuesday to Saturday you are welcome in the Mascolori Store from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Moreover, we are open on Sunday from 12:00 to 17:00! You can also make an appointment for another fitting time. You can find us at Nieuwe Binnenweg 116, 3015 BE Rotterdam. Two minutes by car from the A20 Rotterdam-Centrum exit or a ten-minute walk from Rotterdam Central station. You can park (paid) nearby.

We do not recommend walking through the rain and mud with our shoes (especially those with a fabric finish). Not too crazy use should certainly be possible. Keep your shoes beautiful for longer with the care products we recommend that you can view here . Click on the heading 'maintenance' of the shoe in question and specific explanations will be given there. We will of course also advise you in the store when purchasing.

The Mascolori shoe is produced in Portugal and, as usual, is of unparalleled quality: High-quality leather with a refined top layer. The lining made of soft and durable leather ensures that the shoe immediately feels supple and fits the foot like a glove. Together with the sole, walking on these shoes can be compared to walking on clouds.

The price for a custom-made shoe is 499 euros. For this you get the shoe that you have always wanted and that no one else has. If you want more than 5 pairs, it can be significantly cheaper. The costs are partly related to the design process. Please email or call us for a personal offer.

Delivery time:

Of course, it takes time to design the shoe, print the leather and ultimately make the shoe. Count on 3 months.

Type of leather:

We print the pattern on smooth cowhide leather and use a leather or rubber sole. You can also choose the color of the lace. We fine-tune your dream shoe down to the last detail.

Fashion model:

The model to be customized is our well-known pointed shoe, both low and mid-height and for ladies a flat lace-up shoe.
